Our exterior process begings with power washing your home to remove the dirt and surface mildew. We will remove shutters from your house before the cleaning begins so the siding behind the shutters is cleaned of debris. If wood rot is found we will notify you to discuss replacement options. Downspouts are removed; all recessed nail heads, cracks and loose joints are caulked. Peeling and loose paint is scraped and then spot primed. After all this pre-painting work is completed we then apply paint to your home.

Interior Painting

Our interior painting process beging with relocating all furniture to provide access to work areas. Furniture is then covered with plastic and floors are covered with drop cloths to insure protection of your property. All drywall repairs are completed, including nail pops, stress cracks, drywall tape before painting begins. Once painting is completed all areas are cleaned and dusted furniture is returned to its original positions. Any leftover paint is left for future touch ups and color matches.

Staining

If the surface to be stained has been previously stained or has been painted, the surface must first be power washed to remove any dirt or mildew and any flaking or peeling stain/paint. If there is a significant amount of peeling stain/paint, we recommend scraping/sanding any loose or peeling paint. After all this pre-staining work is completed we then apply stain of your choice.

Javi Jr. Painting is a local painting contractor that was started more than 10 years ago here in the triangle area. Javier Palma the owner with the desire to better him self and at the same time provide a better future for his family, He decided that it was time for him to start a company that could provide quality painting services to home owners in the triangle area. It was a rough start since the economy at that time was at its lowest point; He always managed to stay bussy through happy customers reccommending his proffesional work to friends and relatives. Since then Javi Jr. Painting has completed hundreds of Exterior and Interior projects. The number of happy customers just keeps growing because of the attention to quality that Javier brings to the table.
